The City of Stuart boasts many great river views, but the one at Shepard Park is extra special. It’s one of the few places downtown you can have a clear public view of the sunset over the river. So, if you can, time your caching right and enjoy a sunset stroll on the waterfront!
This is a traditional cache; however, it does have a lock to keep the integrity of it enjoyable for other Cachers. The decryption below has the clue for the combo. Don't forget when putting the code in the numbers go from top to bottom, and make sure you enter the code on the front of the lock, which is marked.
