This cache is near the Phelan Road entrance to History San Jose where the Cachin' The Bay Mega event takes place on June 24, 2023. I expect lots of finds on that day and have fitted the cache with extra log sheets.
The nearby railroad truck (called bogies in the UK) seem like spare tires for trains. Unclear why they are stored here nor why the rail sections are here. Good to be prepared I guess.
