Just over 6 years ago I took and hatched 2 eggs from Chelsea the Cache-Laying Chook then I later released the chicks in Nelson and Marlborough where they are still alive and well.
In May this year we met her sister Layla who is also very generous with her eggs so I took one which has now hatched and ready to live the life chooks do, scratching and pecking their way through the day.
The cache is placed in quite a busy area so stealth will be critical at times.
There is no room for trackables and you will need to bring your own pen.
