This cache is at the New Waterford Cemetery on West 3rd. Street. There is a memorial that you will need to visit in order to obtain the final coordinates. The container is not at the posted coordinates. In order to locate it, visit the sites and answer these questions to fill in A, B, C and D:

A = Find the engraved dedication marker on the sidewalk leading to the circle. A = the number of words on the first line.
B = The number of engraved stone markers (include the benches) within the circle.
C = Find the largest memorial marker in the circle. C = the number of eagles engraved. (The big ones - Do not count any in the service emblem circles.)
D = At the entrance of the cemetery there are two posts with engraved words on each side of the driveway. D is the number of letters in the word on the right hand side as you enter the cemetery.
The cemetery is open dawn to dusk only. Please, no night caching here! Stealth may be required at times. Please be respectful if others are visiting the location.
