This cache is placed along the 5km long Shongweni Parkrun route. The Shongweni Parkrun takes place at 8am every Saturday throughout the year, unless there is a Polo event being hosted by Shongweni Club. It is very popular with families and kids and walkers and dogs are alos welcome (dogs on la lead). The cache is accessable 24 hours Monday to Sunday and access is free of charge. However, it is recommended you hunt for this one during daylight hours only. The cache is about a 1km hike/jog along a good trail from the suggested parking spot and appropriate footwear is recommended. This is #3 of a number of trail running related caches which the Galloping Geckos will be placing in the coming weeks. Good luck and get running!
