Geocache Description:

SCP 667 is only slightly more menacing than it's real life equivalent, Kudzu. Known as the vine that ate the south, this started as an invasive species of ivy that has gradually taken over entire swaths of land in the souther US that havs effectively overgrown native plants with few animals and insects able to devour it fast enough. In this case though, its growth is not merely the result of disease resistance or beig unappetizing, rather, it's the guests it houses in its leaves that are of real note.

SCP-667 houses flying humanoid creatures, similar in design and size to fireflys. They typically aren't of much concern, until the plant has difficulty finding nutrients or water. When their home plant is in trouble, the faries spread out further in an attempt to lure any mamal back to the vine. Those who have recovered from one of these encounters have reported that the lights hypnotise them and they willingly follow the fae back to the relaxing scenery so on your approach be cautious or random lights or mysterious whispers in the air.

This is an isolated sample reported to the Foundation by fiend agents traveling along I-64 in [redacted], Indiana. It has not spread significantly in the past year and remains contained with regular fertilizer and water provided by local farmers. If this is indeed Kuzu, the growth seems to be slower than usual, likely aided by foundation efforts to appease the inhabitants with trinkets. The fairies seem to enjoy cacher swag so please be sure to bring something small to donate or trade.

Congratulations to Andrecht4 for the FTF!
