Welcome to the pinecone series of challenges - some people love them, other people hate them. This series is accessible from exit 333 if you're northbound or exit 337 if you're southbound on I-17. This one requires extensive travel. This cache is located 127 feet at 244 degrees true from the posted coordinates. There is a special logging requirement. You’re welcome to sign it (bring your own pencil!) and post a note at any time, but you cannot claim a find unless you qualify. The D/T is based on the challenge. The hide is 1.5/2.0
Finds that do not meet the challenge requirement will be deleted without warning.
The Challenge 
You must have already found a cache (other than locationless and Adventure lab stages) in the counties of 18 different U.S. state capitals.
Use the checker to confirm your qualifications. While it's not required, it would be nice if you include the listing from the Project-GC Checker in your log entry.
