30/08/2017 - 30/06/2023 = 70 Months of Geocaching

Op 30 augustus 2017 vond ik toevallig onder een boom een potje, met briefje. Op dat briefje namen en datums... ik nam dat potje mee. In de caravan dan aan het Googlen geweest en zo op de site van Geocaching terecht gekomen. Direct een account aangemaakt, mijn naam bij op het briefje gezet en het potje terug gaan steken waar ik het gevonden had.

Zo ben ik begonnen met het cachen. Die eerste cache was " L'Info " ( GC4VQNM ). Nu 70 maanden en meer dan 12.500 vondsten later is het tijd om L'Info nieuw leven in te blazen. Meer kan ik nog niet vertellen.

Le 30 août 2017, il m'est arrivé de trouver un bocal sous un arbre, avec une note. Les noms et les dates sur cette note... J'ai pris ce pot avec moi. Nous sommes allés googler dans la caravane et nous nous sommes retrouvés sur le site de géocaching. J'ai immédiatement créé un compte, mis mon nom sur la note et remis le pot là où je l'ai trouvé.

C'est comme ça que j'ai commencé à mettre en cache. Cette première cache était "L'Info" (GC4VQNM). Aujourd'hui 70 mois et plus de 12 500 trouvailles plus tard, il est temps de donner un nouveau souffle à L'Info. Je ne peux pas encore vous en dire plus.

On August 30, 2017, I happened to find a jar under a tree, with a note. Names and dates on that note... I took that jar with me. We went Googling in the caravan and ended up on the Geocaching site. Immediately created an account, put my name on the note and put the jar back where I found it.

That's how I started caching. That first cache was "L'Info" (GC4VQNM). Now 70 months and more than 12,500 finds later, it's time to breathe new life into L'Info. I can't tell you more yet.
