I just found out friends of mine, WeBe TNT, are hosting an event here on July 2nd but I'm not going to be here until the 6th. Since I can't be there for their's I'm hosting my own.
I'm coming from Minnesota. This is my third attempt to make it to the top. The first time there was too much snow and the second time it was too windy. (I had a hard time believing it was too windy on a beautiful day.)
We will be meeting by the summit marker to visit, talk caching and see the sites way up here.

I've rated this cache as a 3.5 terrain because:
- My friends rated their event as a 3.5 terrain
- Cost of entry
- Scary drive to the top
- Oxygen deprivation is a real thing
- Windy - makes Chicago seem like a light breeze!
- Chance of lightning strike (ask WeBeTNT about Mount Evans Summit)
Current General Admission Fees for visiting Pikes Peak is: $15 for adults and $5 for children (5-15 years old)
If driving a vehicle to the top, you will need to reserve a time window for entry which costs $2.00 per vehicle.
