Look for us at one of the pinic tables by the lower parking lot.
DATE: Saturday, July 15 2023
TIME: 1:00 pm - 2:15 pm. Registration begins at 1:00 pm with the meeting called to order at approximately 1:30 pm.
- Everyone is welcome to attend but only BCGA members as of May 15, 2023, are permitted to vote.
- Memberships forms will be available at the meeting.
- The agenda will be available to members. It will include the results of the acclamation for Directors, presentation of the financial statements, and any other business of the BCGA.
We will have some coffee and donuts availble for the meeting
