This cache is the second one placed by 1st Stanhope Scouts as part of their Geocaching badge. After placing it we enjoyed looking at the nearby multi-cache and ticking off another requirement for our badge.
This cache's location, in Ashes Quarry, was chosen by members of our troop as they have enjoyed previous walks on the lower parts of the Quarry, with Scouts.
