This cache is located inside Casa Gorjană, in order to grab the box, you will to know their program:
Monday - Sunday: 10:00am - 10:00pm
While you're there you can grab a coffee or something to eat, the box is not that difficult, you should be able to open it in 15-20 minutes. You won't have to apply any force.
