This geocache is located at the ampitheater of Lake Sakakawea State Park.
Lake Sakakawea State Park started in 1965 and is located on the shores of one of the largest man made resivours in the nation! This park is big so be sure to grab a park map as you come into the park, located at our entrance booth. Be sure to stop down at the Lakeshore Store when open (Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day Weekend).
Anyone who enter must have a park entrance permit to get into all State Parks in North Dakota ($35) or get a daily pass ($7).
