Edificata nel XIII secolo, la chiesa subì successive modifiche fino al Settecento.
Vi si accede attraverso un ampio portico con il tetto a falde, retto da due pilastri, che poggiano su un muretto.
All’interno conserva interessanti affreschi databili dal Trecento al Cinquecento e un pregevole altare in marmo policromo del Settecento.
Inconsueta per la nostra regione è la rappresentazione dell’affresco trecentesco di San Giuliano, detto l’Ospitaliere. Il santo è raffigurato nell’atto di uccidere per errore i genitori, colpa che espierà fondando un ospizio per viandanti presso il guado di un fiume.

Built in the 13th century, the church underwent successive modifications until the 18th century.
It is accessed through a large porch with a pitched roof, supported by two pillars, which rest on a low wall.
Inside it preserves interesting frescoes dating from the fourteenth to the sixteenth century and a valuable eighteenth-century polychrome marble altar.
Unusual for our region is the representation of the fourteenth-century fresco of San Giuliano, known as the Hospitaller. The saint is depicted in the act of killing his parents by mistake, a fault he will atone for by founding a hospice for wayfarers near a river ford.
