The Lunchcache According to St Paul, Chapter Two
A simple and informal get-together for any local cachers who fancy meeting for lunch.
About 11 years ago I hosted my first ever event at this location, and often sit here to eat my sandwiches. I thought it might be fun to do it again!
I know that evenings or weekends might be better for many of us but I often think there might be a gap in the market for 'doing lunch.' There's no agenda as such but we'll have a raffle for the FTF, the chance to swap and discover any trackables you might have and you might like to sign my logbook. Otherwise it's just a chance to meet and chat!
If the weather stays fine then we can stay here at the site of the old St Paul in the Bail church, demolished in the early 1970s, but now a pleasant area to sit, chill and eat lunch. There are a couple of sandwich shops nearby or you can bring your own butties. However, if it rains then we can move to the nearby Prince of Wales, which also serves food. If we do move, I'll leave an announcement on this event page to say so.
And maybe we'll finish with an event photo. Hope to see a few of you there!
