Welcome to the highest point in Delaware!
In most other states, the highest point is at the top of a mountain; however, Delaware is home to the second-lowest high point of all 50 states. Officially, the highest point in the state is 450.949 feet above sea level, but that is located on private property about 300 yards west of the cache location. This location, known as the Ebright Azimuth, is the highest monumented location in Delaware at a height of 447.849 feet above sea level. A publicly available NGS benchmark is located just to the south of this cache.
