Our Geocaching gameboard needs your help! Show your appreciation for the Earth and earn a new souvenir!

Land Between the Lakes is home to hundreds of geocaches. They’re along hiking trails, at lake overlooks, in shady cemeteries, and hidden in heritage sites. You can help to maintain the beauty of this area while celebrating National Public Lands Day.  Come find some caches and participate in an official Season 2 CITO event.

The event parking is near the Golden Pond Visitor Center.  Meet us at 10 A.M. on September 23rd at the coordinates to sign in, say hi to all the other cachers, get some fun stuff, pick up garbage bags, and then head out at 10:30 AM.  You can chose your favorite spot for picking up trash.  Be sure to wear bright clothes and keep an eye on traffic. Bring gloves and bug spray to keep everyone safe and bug-free.  We'll have water and snacks available.  At noon we will meet back at the original parking lot to load up the trash for disposal.
