Geocache Description:

The Geocache is not at the posted coordinates.

Decode the coordinates below to find the final cache location.

You most likely solved this type of puzzle in the 3rd grade.  No key code or cypher is needed.  Everything you need to decode the coordinates is on this page in plain view - you do not need to look at any meta data or hidden tags.

The cache is located near downtown Sugar Hill.  With a population of nearly 25,000, the city is the 4th largest in Gwinnett County.  According to the 1950 census, only 783 people lived there.  Sugar Hill was incorporated in 1939 but not named a City until 1975.  Most locals believe the city was named from a railroad accident where a carload of sugar overturned, and was referred to as "the hill where the sugar spilled."  Sitting at the intersection of U.S. Hwy 23 and State Road 20, the city is only 11 sq miles and is bordered by the BCD'S:  Buford, Cumming, Duluth and Suwanee.

Decode the following to solve for the actual final coordinates (Assume North and West, and the format of N XX XX.XXX  WYYY YY.YYY)
