This “Dragon of Liberty” statue was created by Clyde Wynia in 2005 before donating it a few years later to the City of Marshfield. It has been watching over Veterans Parkway and everyone that passes by ever since. New York has the original Statue of Liberty, Las Vegas has a smaller version of that statue, and Marshfield has the coolest version….a fire breathing dragon. It could probably light the torch with its fire breath. You can’t get much better than that!!
