In 1885, this mode of transportation connected Sicamous to Revelstoke and also to markets both East and West. The building of this transportation style required large amounts of timber - successfully building the lumber industry in the area. To locate this cache, you need to really think outside the box. Be sure to bring your pencil & a tool of the trade.
