This trail is the second part of the Cardinal Valley Habitat Restoration Project. The project is a joint project of the Environmental Protection Agency, Missouri Department of Natural Resources and the city of Webb City. The project is to clean, reclaim, and return what was once mining land to a morre natural habital.
The walking trail is primitive so wear proper footwear. Daylight caching only. The area may be closed if flooding takes place after very heavy rainfall.
