Parking Wars is a series of geocaches all in or very close to major parking lots in the city of London. The caches all have some kind of unique twist and are more than just a classic LPC, although I do enjoy those! 
This hide is intended to be a bit tricky. In order to help a bit, I can tell you that the cache container is visible in the picture below.
If you are having problems or something seems to be missing please don't hesitate to reach out. Try to be stealthy while completing the series and replace everything how you found it. There is a code word in this cache that you will need to remember if you decide to complete the bonus cache in the series - GCAAZ5D.
