This is a "Tribute Cache" placed in memory of my husband.
Anton discovered Geocaching in 2008, and loved it from the moment he found the first one.
Every outing to find a cache was an adventure to him.
He found more joy though from meeting other Geocachers, many of whom became friends, and some even like family.
However Anton had a creative talent, and it is this trait that became his strong point.
He wanted to give other cachers delight, and worthy moments to remember.
Some called him the Gadget Man. To others he was the Puzzle Box Builder.
He hammered and chisseled away at his creations for days or weeks on end, until he was satisfied that it would bring cheer to those that come to find it.
He built this Puzzlebox some years ago. It was placed in Sasolburg for a while, and then moved up to Pretoria for some time.
Henzz had this to say about him in a Tribute posted in the GOSA Grapevine Newsletter:
"Many a times as I cached with him, or as I looked at photos of his caching exploits, I was amazed at what a young energetic man he was even past his 70th birthday. At 74 he was more dynamite than most 40-year-olds I know. But then one day, about 2 years ago the dark grey mist from the underworld of cancer started to swirl around him.
He always said that life was a song. Good times, bad times, it mattered not: He would always proclaim that life was a song. The last few days of his life was a sad song, but he still held on to that motto, right up to the end."
"Anton. Rest in Peace my Angel. I want you to know I miss you and how much I love you.
And when I get to heaven, I know what I will do.
You will be there with open arms, and I will run to you."

Management kindly gave permission for the cache to be placed here.
They will maintain it and agreed to assisting (a little bit) only when you really tried everything three or four times over.
Signage will lead you from the main road.
The access from Ponta do Oro is a sandy road that should rather be attempted with a 4x4 vehicle.
Park in the parking area (Coordinates provided) and make your way towards GZ.
Cache.
Unlock.
Flip.
Ring and Pull.
Kiss right cheeck.
Twist and enter.
Lift and Turn.
