This is a challenge cache is at the posted coordinates.
It is part of a series of caches to celebrate achievements (aka, challenge requirements) in a variety of aspects of geocaching. As such, it will be a rare geocacher who qualifies for all challenges in the series. The series is not meant to be a quick power trail. The D rating is based on the difficulty in completing the challenge. The T rating is based on the terrain of the actual hide. Bring along your toolkit and certainly a writing stick. Most importantly, be careful and have fun!
If you are relatively new to the game then pick out one (or a few) that interest you and keep the requirements in mind when you plan your next caching trip.
To claim a Find, you must meet the requirements below and sign the physical log. When you accomplish one task, feel free to leave a Note until the other task is complete..
*** The requirements for this challenge are as follows ***
Toes in Sand & Head in Clouds Challenge
In order to log this geocache, You must find two caches. One cache must be at or below sea level. The other must be at or above 10,000 ft in elevation.
- You can use any cache finds from any year.
- You do NOT have to say what two caches you're using to qualify, but as Matthew McConaughey would say, "It'd be cooler if you did."
The Rules:
- This cache cannot be used to meet the requirements of this challenge because it would be cooler if you didn't.
- Any posted "Found It" logs that do not meet the requirements of this challenge will be deleted.
- If you have not met the requirements of this challenge, you may visit the cache, sign the log book and post a note on this page. When you have met the requirements of the challenge, you may then post a "Found It" log without having to revisit the cache.
- Post proof that you have completed the challenge anyway you want. A Project GC Checker is available.
