The difficulty rating is due to the mild puzzle involved in getting the CORRECT coordinates, as the ones listed are not the actual ones for the cache, but the reference coordinates needed to solve the puzzle. To find this cache, carefully follow these instructions:
First, hike/bike/drive to roughly N32° 55.241 / W105° 55.286 which should place you at an elevation of approximately 4765ft. When you arrive at this location, hunt around the place for Little Joe. The location itself will explain the subject of your search.
Once you find what you are looking for, Little Joe can give you 2 dates (the years are all you need). Take the last two digits of each one of the dates, and subtract those numbers from the LISTED COORDINATES, like so:
N32 55.445 W105 55.137 = LISTED COORDS

N32 55.xxx W105 55.xxx = ACTUAL COORDS
Where AA= date #1
BB= date #2
The resulting coordinates are the ACTUAL Cache Coordinates, which are a short distance away from the LISTED coordinates. If you try to go to the listed ones without finding Little Joe first, you'll spend lots of time playing with nothing but rocks and cactus.
