Slēpnis izvietots blakus nu jau neaktīvajam Ropažu novada pašvaldības policijas iecirknim. Neaktīvs, jo pēc novadu reformas, apvienoti tika Ropažu, Stopiņu un Garkalnes novadi, galvenā pašvaldības policijas ēka atrodas Ulbrokā, šajā iecirknī ikdienā neviens vairs neatrodas.

Pie slēpņa atrodas "atpūtas vieta" ar jumtiņu, kurā mierīgi arī lietus laikā var apēst kādu desmaizi ar tēju.

Slēpnis ir neliela izmēra ūdensizturīga kārba, satur piezīmju blociņu, zīmuli, zīmuļa asināmo.
