At the posted coordinates you will find a memorial. On one side of the memorial you will find a number of names, with David Y. Jones at the top.
Find the third name in the left column. B equals the number of letters in the last name minus the number of letters in the first name (as listed)
Find the fifth name in the right column. I equals the number of letters in the last name.
The Adventure Lab journals will give you the remaining values to locate the physical cache, which is located at:
