Je fais renaître mon ancienne cache "Un boardwalk à Lavaltrie ! (GC32EHD)" dont j'ai assuré la pérénnité entre 2011 et 2016. Celle-ci avait fait l'objet de vandalisme à de multiples reprises pendant cette période, menant à son archivage. On retente l'expérience à nouveau, espérant que le dénouement sera positif cette fois-ci. L'usage de discrétion est donc de mise lors des périodes d'achalandage élevé.
Le site riverain est en constante amélioration par la Ville de Lavaltrie et vaut bien une visite. Un endroit idéal pour prendre une pause et casser la croûte sur un des multiples bancs admirer la vue sur le fleuve Saint-Laurent.
I am reintroducing my old cache "Un boardwalk à Lavaltrie ! (GC32EHD)" which I maintained between 2011 and 2016. Unfortunately, this cache had been vandalized on numerous occasions during that period, thus leading to its archival. Let's give it another go, hoping that the outcome will be a positive one this time around. Discretion is strongly recommended, especially during heavy frequentation periods.
The riverside site is constantly improved the the Town of Lavaltrie and is definitely worth the visit. An ideal spot to take a break, perhaps have a quick snack on one of the many benches and admire the view of the St. Lawrence River.
