Questa cache vi farà scoprire due piccoli laghetti situati a Campo, frazione di San Giuliano Terme. This cache will show you two small lakes situated in Campo, a hamlet of the municipality of San Giuliano Terme.
I Laghetti di Campo sono due piccoli specchi d'acqua ricavati da un'antica cava dismessa. I laghetti sono situati all'interno di un parco pubblico, dove è possibile svolgere attività all'aria aperta come passeggiate, anche con animali, e picnic. Sono presenti alcuni barbecue e tavolini, ed è possibile pescare, mentre la balneazione è vietata. Per ulteriori informazioni consultate il regolamento del parco. Attualmente solo il lago occidentale è accessibile, è presente un percorso ad anello con pannelli informativi sulla natura del luogo. Nella parte meridionale del lago ha sede la Scuola Italiana Terranova, che addestra i cani da salvataggio, ed è presente un capanno per il birdwatching.

The Laghetti di Campo are two small bodies of water obtained from an ancient disused quarry. The lakes are located in a public park, where it is possible to carry out outdoor activities such as walks, even with animals, and picnics. There are some barbecues and tables, and it is possible to fish, while bathing is prohibited. For further information, consult the park regulation. Currently only the western lake is accessible, there is a circular route with information panels about the nature of the place. In the southern part of the lake there is the Scuola Italiana Terranova, which trains rescue dogs, and there is a birdwatching shed.
