Just Ad Water (not a typo). This cache sets just above the Pathway to the Falls trail, there are picnic tables nearby. I'd recommend stopping here first, if your goal is to see the falls. Be carefull on your "3 foot" walk to the falls and back; you'll need most of what you take from there.
Start with a little, you'll need a free finger to plug the bottom. Once you've figured it out, go slow and be ready to feel like you need a third hand. It's possible with one person, but you'll be happy if you have a friend. Please make sure you return it screw end up, and please do your best to keep it dry. The rounded end with the screw opens, please don't overtighten for the next person. Replace the cover so it doesn't get filled with debris please.
