Caches placed for walkers/bikers/hikers/strollers/rollerbladers etc :) And in some cases, I hope accessible to wheelchairs (if not, please send me a message so I can change the attributes).
I have rated these as 'seasonal access' because it depends if the city decides to clear the paths in the winter or not.
These caches are simple because the primary purpose is to grab a smiley while out and about, as quick as possible, without spending a long time trying to look like you are not doing anything, AND in the summer, getting eaten alive by mosquitoes (or in the winter freezing your butt off while filling your footwear with snow)!
