EVENT RESCHEDULED DUE TO WEATHER - IT IS NOW SEPTEMBER 30TH.
Come hang out with your fellow geocachers in Colt State Park for the tenth year of this event! The first "Farewell to Summer" event was held in 2014 and it has become a tradition to hold an event at this picnic area in Colt State Park every year since.
We will be meeting at a small picnic area in the relative middle of the park. This will ensure easy access to different areas of the park so you can mingle, find a few caches, and then return and mingle some more if you choose.
The event will be held on Saturday, September 30th from 12:30 - 2:15 P.M. Come and stay for the whole time or just a few minutes.
Bring a picnic lunch if you choose to as well as anything else you may need for your geocaching afternoon. There are plenty of caches in this park to find, and more will be released for the event. We hope to see you there and you have a great time!
