Parking is available. The container should be easy to find and would be rated as a 1.5/1.5 as a traditional cache; the higher difficulty rating is for the extra requirements.
The way that a challenge cache works is that you not only have to find the container and sign the log, but you must also do more to qualify for a find. In this case you must have at least 300 souvenirs in your souvenir listing. Note: You receive a souvenir any time you find a cache for the first time in a state or other geographical region, when you find a cache on certain dates, etc; you can check your souvenir listing to see which ones you have and can count your total. If you find the container before you have completed the extra requirements you may sign the log, but please log a note stating that you still need to complete the requirements. You do not have to return to the container after you have completed the requirements, but may write a new log for the find any time after you complete those requirements.
You do have to provide proof that you have completed the requirements; if your profile is public all I have to do is to look at your souvenirs and I'll see the proof. If your profile is not public you will need to provide me with a list containing the GC codes, titles, and souvenir thus earned. You may NOT use this as one of your claimed finds for a souvenir.
