Some places charge, some places don't, some places have anti-theft devices on these and some places have them stolen. Did you know that shopping cart theft costs businesses an estimated $800 million every year? Hopefully you are only borrowing one for the duration of your stop today, and here is where it should find a place to rest once you are done with it.
Cache is located in a parking lot and is intended for a quick and easy cache for anytime, but more specifically, in inclement weather. Cache is also placed to make it wheelchair accessible.
