This is a puzzle geocache. The geocache is NOT located at the posted coordinates. This geocache was originally planned to be a Challenge Geocache, but after several attempts to get different challenges approved, I was bewildered and finally decided to change it to a puzzle.
You must solve the following puzzle to get the final coordinates. The posted coords are just east of Assumption Ohio. When solving puzzles, sometime assumptions can lead you astray.
One thing you can assume here is that the North degree is 41 and the West degree is 83.
