John F. Kennedy Memorial Wildlife Sanctuary
The Cache is located in the John F. Kennedy Memorial Wildlife Sanctuary. This is located right next to Tobay beach off of Ocean Parkway. A Town of Oyster Bay permit is required and can be obtained FREE at the Oyster Bay Town Hall South, 977 Hicksville Road, Massapequa. Their Phone # is 516-797-4114. Another way is to park in the Tobay Beach parking lot and walk in. Non-Residents are permitted to park in the Tobay beach parking lot on weekdays (excluding holidays).
