This is a two-part navigational adventure located in Castlewood State Park.
You are given the coordinates of two points, A and B. The coordinates of point A are found at the top of this page and the coordinates of point B are found at point A. The format of the coordinates is degrees and decimal minutes. The cache is located at the intersection of two lines. The first is a line that is parallel to and 400 feet to the right of the line segment running from A to B. The second line runs north and south and is defined by the UTM eastings of the cache location. The eastings of the cache will also be found at point A. Assume zone 15 and NAD-83 (same as WGS-84).
There are many ways to do this. The expected method is to walk directly to the cache using only your GPSR navigational screens with no outside assistance or computations. There is no math required. However, if you want you can take the numbers home and use your computer. That is OK but that will require more than one trip.
