There are many paths and trails through the wadis of Haifa, the red trail is not as well known as the blue but it is another trail to explore. The advantage of this trail that unlike the blue trail that can be quite busy sometimes there are not so many muggles on this trail.
When walking down the red path, be careful of the terrain here, I would not recommend going there in the dark. There is an "unofficial" access shortcut from the road but if you try to use that it leads to a road without sidewalk on this side (there is one on the other side) and it also means crossing the road where there is no pedestrian crossing which can be dangerous so it is better to avoid this shortcut.
