This cache is placed at a very odd location. It appears to be a bus stop. But since Russellville does not have a public transportation system, that is not what it is. Maybe it is just a resting spot for tired college students? But this route, developed by the city to promote student access to the downtown area, seems to be rarely used by pedestrians or cyclists. So, I really doubt this spot is used very much. Regardless, given its location, be alert for muggles and use stealth while searching for this cache!
If your electronic devices need a charge, you might be able to get one here. I tried out the wireless charging stations and they did not work. Perhaps you will have better luck. Maybe bring a cord and try out the USB ports.
