| 明治９年８月２１日に、旧福島県・磐前県・若松県の３県が合併して福島県が誕生したことから、平成９年にこの日を県民の日に制定しました。これを記念して福島県を愛するジオキャッシャー有志で2023年8月21日6時にキャッシュの一斉公開をすることにしました。 |

| On August 21st, 1877, former Fukushima Prefecture, Iwasaki Prefecture and Wakamatsu Prefecture were merged to form new Fukushima Prefecture. In commemoration of this, we, the volunteers who love Fukushima Prefecture, decided to open caches to the public at 6:00 on August 21, 2023. |

Kawahigashi Town was once located in Kawanuma District, Fukushima Prefecture. It was incorporated into Aizuwakamatsu City and abolished on November 1, 2011.
I hid the cache somewhere in Hirotanishi Park, which is very close to the Aizuwakamatsu City Hall Kawahigashi Branch.
河東町はかつて福島県河沼郡にあった町です。2005年11月1日に会津若松市に編入され廃止されました。
会津若松市役所河東支所のすぐ近くにある広田西公園のどこかにキャッシュを隠しました。
