Hier wurde neu in den Wohnblock gebaut , und entsteht auch noch neue Gebäude . Vorher war hier in dem Wohnblock das Lager vom Bonner bekannten Süsswaren-Unternehmer der die Goldbären produziert. So langsam nimmt es hier mit Parkplatz und Werksverkauf,sowie andere Unternehmen oder Wohnungen. Die Polizeiwache ist nun seit Februar 2023 auch vor Ort.
Man kann daher noch gespannt sein was so hier weiter entsteht. Dies hier ist nun anlässlich des Leuchtbären der heute montiert wurde ein einfacher Tradi der zu suchen ist.
