Summer has passed and fall is on the way. Come and help us celebrate the turning of the seasons by attending NoVAGO's last major event of 2023.

Be sure to log your “will-attend” as early as possible to ensure that we have enough food for the masses. Attendees are encouraged to bring your favorite pot luck dish, all we ask is that you list what you are bringing in your “will attend” log so that others won’t bring in a similar dish. As with all of our picnics NoVAGO will be supplying the charcoal, hamburgers, hot dogs, plates, and condiments.

In keeping with the NoVAGO tradition, our Fall Picnic is also the time for the yearly. . .

NoVAGO charges no membership dues, so to help defray the costs of pavilion rentals, website hosting, picnic food, etc. we host a once-a-year large Silent Auction! Participation is certainly voluntary. Many items will be up for bid, so plan on bringing some extra cash with you if you'd like to take part.

If you are bringing an auction item, you can come and drop them off around 11am. It is a silent auction and bidding will be between 12-1:30. At 1:30 the highest bidders are expected to pay for their items and take them. Only cash and credit cards accepted at this point; working on other ways to pay. Anyone who wants to donate something for auction who can't get it there may make other arrangements by talking with the event host or another board member. If you want to bid on something but can't be at the picnic at 1:30, you must make arrangements with someone who will be there to pay and pick up on your behalf.
