robgso was a wonderful cache hider. Several of his hides were challenging. To help in locating them, I assembled guidelines robgso seemed to go by:
- The container will have wonderful cammo
- It won't be where you will accidentally step on it
- It'll usually be around deadfall
- Look for fishing line or a white fire tack (the tack is just to mark the general area)
- Unless he says otherwise, it'll be on the ground or close to "The Boo's" height
- The container will likely be a Lock'N'Lock, preform, or matchstick holder. Again, the cammo will be fabulous.
- Prefer next to logs, under large branches
- Find the most difficult place to access. Duck or walk on your knees to get in there.
- Thorns are a bonus: he says he's not having fun unless he's bleeding
This cache may or may not use some or many of robgso's rules. But the cache is small and cammoed in an attempt to make ol' robgso proud.
As usual, remember that you are in the woods. Be aware of No Shoulders Joe and his relatives, bugs that want to suck your blood, and plants that will make you bleed and itch. Typical stuff that you will encounter when you venture into the woods in the South.
