The listed coordinates are the site of a remarkable discovery, where one of the most complete Triassic reptiles in Australia was found:

Tasmaniosaurus 'Lizard from Tasmania'

There is no public access to this site and therefore the cache is hidden elsewhere, but not far away. You will need to solve the puzzles in order to obtain the coordinates.
