Once part of a small Mennonite muck farm, Fichtner Park now honors the memory of David Fichtner. A chemical engineer at Goodyear. This park, in the middle of Hartville, offers hiking, fishing, picnicking, and wildlife viewing! The Fichtner Trail on this property is 0.4 mile long, going through a wetland allowing visitors a close look at birds, waterfowl, rabbits, fox, and white-tailed deer.
