This cache is located near the main office of Ohop Mutual Light. Ohop Mutual Light is unusual among power companies. It is a co-operative power company, owned by it's customers. When a new customer moves in, they are required to buy in to the company for $20. If they move away, their payment is refunded. When OML began operations in 1921, they installed 20 miles of power line to serve about a dozen small farms. Today, they remain a very small company, with about 443 miles of power line installed.
Parking is a gravel pull-out just North of GZ, on the West side of the highway. Please use caution, as Mountain Higway is busy. Traffic can be heavy and fast. Fortunately, the walk will be very short.
The container you are looking for is a little larger than a film canister, but there is room only for the log sheet.
