The Niantic Bay is surrounded by several costal activities including the Niantic Boardwalk, McCook's point, and various beaches. Natutical decor is everywhere in this neigborhood, and it is evident that sailing has an impact on the residents of Niantic. Weekly regattas, which are sailing races, take place in the bay. Hopefully while searching for this cache you can sneak a peek at some of these beautiful racing vessels on the water.
