As we all know Cybrhntr is a mighty fine CO. He's partial to placing caches at these locations. Even so, this establishment is udderly ubiquitous and maintanence runs must take up a lot of his time. When I noticed this cache lonely location I decided to put one here so he didn't have to add it to his load.
