Find at least 1 'other' sized geocache in each of at least 20 U.S. counties.
Your qualifying finds can be of any type, difficulty, terrain, and it doesn't matter which state or states they are hidden in.
The container is in a residential area and next to a business. The business owner is aware and most of the neighbors have been informed about it, so they know not to suspect loitering, but better still use stealth. Tie a shoelace, stretch your quads while leaning on the post and making the grab... you get the idea.
