This cache is hidden close to the main trail in Lorne Henderson Conservation Area. This section of the trail system does require crossing one or more dams which may become flooded after heavy rainfall - so be prepared.
Note that vehicular access is restricted during the winter season (November – May) and washroom facilities are closed but there is a parking area by the main gate which adds another 1 km to the hike to this cache.
I've had my eye on this spot for a while but it's always been too close to other caches so this year I fixed that by starting here. Thorn trees are very common in this area and can be very vicious. You can see the cache from the main trail but getting there to sign it without getting stabbed will take a bit of agility..
The cache is small but with only room for a logbook.
